How is this different from online coaching?
Online coaching provides programming and remote feedback, while personal training offers hands-on, in-person guidance during every workout. Personal training is more intensive and includes real-time coaching.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all. We meet you where you are and build from there. Personal training is perfect for beginners who want expert guidance from day one.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. However, late cancellations (less than 24h) or no-shows forfeit that session (common sense is applied, it’s not your fault if you get ill!)
Can I combine personal training with online coaching?
Absolutely. Many clients do 1-2 personal training sessions per week and supplement with additional workouts from their online program.
