I’m Manu

I’m a strength and mobility coach based in London. I help people get stronger, move better, and stay out of pain, whether that’s through a screen, one-to-one, in a small group personal training, or in a group class.

My approach is simple: train the person in front of me, not a template. Everything is context-first and grounded in the actual science: your goals, your injuries, your schedule, your starting point. No guessing, no fluff, no random workouts.
